Job Responsibilities :

    • Proses order bank transfer
    • Rekonsiliasi CC
    • Bertanggung jawab atas token dan account internet banking (Klikpay, Klik BCA, etc)
    • Bertanggung jawab atas proses refund dan laporan-laporannya
    • Proses order affiliate
    • Pembuatan laporan penjualan (sales report)

Job Responsibilities :

    • Bertanggung jawab atas proses konsinyasi dan dropship sampai dengan payment/pembayaran
    • Rekonsiliasi data logistik (via jassa logistik FL, Jayoun, NCS, SAP)
    • Bertanggung jawab atas data-data dan laporan-laporan yang berhubungan dengan Payment/AP
    • Bertanggung jawab atas dokumen-dokumen pembayaran/Payment
    • Bertanggung jawab atas proses payment dan pelaporannya (harian, mingguan dan bulanan)
 
 

Requirements :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMU, maksimal usia 29 tahun

Job Responsibilities :

    • Selecting products to be sell in website
    • Finding supplier with best price
    • Negotiate with supplier for best price and availability of products
    • Maintain relationship with existing supplier and seeking new one for future products
    • Maintaining organize, updated library of appropriate data
    • Analyzing best seller products to reach fully potential, and input the slow seller take action with those information
    • Manage a healthy stock level
    • Making sure products arrive on time, and ready to sell in website on time
    • Ensure picture, product name, product information in the website is correct, detail and appealing
    • Setting competitive price, with reasonable margin
    • Fully understand products features, benefits, point of sale
    • Aware of what competitor do, what products do they have, their pricing strategy
    • Plan for promotion, forecast sales and profit
    • Work closely with other department (WareHouse, Creative, Marketing, Customer service)
 
 

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
