Daftar 73 Obat Sirop yang Izin Edarnya Dicabut BPOM, Berasal dari 5 Perusahaan Farmasi!

WHO mengeluarkan rilis pelarangan menggunakan 8 obat sirop yang mengandung EG dan DEG melebihi batas aman.

Di samping itu, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) turut mencabut puluhan izin edar obat sirop milik 5 perusahaan farmasi.

Sebelumnya, WHO sudah merilis 3 perusahaan. Perusahaan tersebut adalah PT Yarindo Farmatama, PT Universal Pharmaceutical Industries, dan PT Afi Farma.

Baru-baru ini, BPOM kembali menambahkan 2 perusahaan yaitu T Samco Farma (SF) dan PT Ciubros Farma (CF).

Menurut investigasi BPOM, kelima industri farmasi tersebut telah melakukan pelanggaran pada produksi obat dalam sediaan cair atau sirop.

"Hasil investigasi dan intensifikasi pengawasan BPOM melalui inspeksi, perluasan sampling, pengujian sampel produk sirup obat dan bahan tambahan yang digunakan.

Serta pemeriksaan lebih lanjut terhadap sarana produksi, disimpulkan bahwa kelima industri farmasi tersebut telah melakukan pelanggaran di bidang produksi sirop obat," tulis BPOM mengutip dari situs resminya.
